Frog eggs are non-solid blocks that hatch tadpoles. They are laid by frogs.

Obtaining[]

Frog eggs are currently unobtainable as an item in Survival mode, even if mined with a Silk Touch tool. When broken, it drops nothing.

Hatching[]

Frog eggs hatch after about 30 seconds (600 ticks) of time, causing 2-6 tadpoles to spawn.

Placement[]

Frog eggs can be placed only on top of a water tile with air above it.
