I made a version of this image with boosted resolution and slightly increased brightness, but this file is protected. What does it take to file for a modification of a protected file? (I'm not a herobrine hater trying to deface his image, nor am I a herobrine fanboy submitting a piece of fan art or screenshot. I am just a normal person trying to improve the wiki.) The current version of this image does not include a beard, yet every cameo appearance he has ever made in anything produced by Mojang has included a beard, and the "MHF_Herobrine" player skin, which was made by Mojang along with a number of others for custom player heads, includes a beard. Furthermore, nearly every other image of Herobrine on the wiki page clearly shows him as having a beard, and prior to about two months ago this very image included a beard as well. I don't understand the point of changing this after he has been generally depicted as having a beard, including by Mojang, since 2010. 137.49.152.207 01:34, 1 October 2020 (UTC)

Most likely a sockpuppet or vandal, or they just wanted to change it really badly. James Haydon (talk) 02:35, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
