Minecraft 1.0 was the official release of Minecraft for the computer. It was released during MineCon on the 18th November 2011 by Notch at the keynote address ceremony at 2:59 PM Pacific Time (-8 GMT). Jeb confirmed the version number 1.0 in a tweet. 1.0 includes many completed features from the Adventure Update as well as features and bug fixes from the 1.9 Pre-Releases.
