Capture the Flag is speculated as a future Game Mode in Minecraft, mentioned by Notch in a Blog post. It is expected to come after the final version of the game is released. But there is a rumor that maybe this mode will be released in 1.9 beta.
Capture the Flag is an archetypal game type.
There is a possiblility that Capture the Flagis a multiplayer game. Notch will be planing this very soon! The Objective of this game in which two or more teams try to bring an item (the "flag") from the enemy base to their own.
This is also similar to a game called Blackshot where the opponents or you have to take the opposing flag and return it to your base.
You just have to be patient if your just to excited!
Notch is currently working on this and Mojang is also helping him! Some of the fans said that this was one of the best idea ever!
There will also be a leaderboard so as to know who is top and professional. See you in Minecon 2011!
