A brush is a tool used to excavate suspicious sand for different items.

Crafting
| Ingredients | Crafting recipe | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Feather + Copper Ingot + Stick |
[upcoming: JE 1.20 & BE 1.20.0] | |
| Damaged Brush | The durability of the two brushes is added together, plus an extra 5% durability. |
Usage
Main article: Suspicious Sand
Using the brush on any block will display a brushing animation, creating breaking particles but not actually damaging the block. When continuously brushing a block of suspicious sand, a random item will slowly emerge from it until it turns into regular sand, depleting 1 durability point and yielding the item.[1] The player is slowed down while brushing.
